| Description: | Mormon trail starts at the eastern end of Little Dell reservoir along the highway leading to East Canyon. The trail goes east of the road, crossess it several times going through Affleck Park campground and switchbacks to the Big Mountain Pass. From here, one can ride down Little Emigration Canyon, along several beaver ponds, to the trailhead where the canyon meets East Canyon. To go back, retract your tracks - both Mormon and Little Cottonwood trails are fun in both directions. The described trails are in red, other trails in the area are in blue. | |
