The homework website will help you fulfill requirement 2, "Name five dangerous weather-related conditions. Give the safety rules for each when outdoors." Use the weblinks provided (and others you find on your own) to learn safety rules for various types of dangerous weather.
BYU Merit Badge Pow Wow
Each fall and spring, Brigham Young University hosts a merit badge pow wow for the Boy Scouts in the area. Dozens of merit badge classes are offered. I have been the weather merit badge instructor since fall 2014.
