The text output from the Mobile Mesonet Sensor is formatted as follows:

Column 1: "Car ID" - Usually "MOBU1"
Column 2: YearMonthDay/UTC HourMinute
Column 3: Longitude North of the Equator in Degrees.Fractions of Degree
Column 4: Latitude East of the Prime Meridian in Degrees.Fractions of Degree
Column 5: Estimated Elevation above MSL in Feet
Column 6: Atmospheric Pressure (in hectopascals/millibars)
Column 7: Temperature (in Fahrenheit)
Column 8: Relative Humidity
Column 9: Wind Direction
Column 10: Wind Speed (in Knots)
Column 11: QC Flag
