Description

This folder contains code used in the creation of the manuscript titled above. It includes two main subfolders:

• Code/: Contains the actual Python, R, and .ipynb files used for analysis and figure generation.
• HTML/: Contains the same Jupyter notebooks as in Code, but rendered as HTML for easy browser viewing.
• Data/: Contains data created by the Data_Setup.ipynb and EM27_ratios.ipynbs

Dependencies

To run the code, you'll need one helper packages installed:

• atmos: github.com/agmeyer4/atmos

A Conda environment file containing all required dependencies is available at: atmos/environment.yml
