I recently finished my postdoctoral position at the University of Utah.
My research interests are clouds, thunderstorms, mesoscale convective systems (MCSs), and satellite meteorology.
I track storms in satellite infrared and precipitation fields to study their properties, such as occurrence, size, duration, and velocity.
I also worked on modeling projects to validate a cumulus parameterization scheme and to implement the effects of turbulence on cloud microphysics in the cloud chamber.
I graduated during COVID years, which presented an immense challenge to stay motivated and also missed opportunities. I am grateful to my advisors and group members to make progress through difficult years.
