Cottonwood Wash narrows

Name:	Cottonwood Wash narrows along Cottonwood road between Paria and Cannonville, Ut.
Details:	This one of many Cottonwood washes is easily accessible off the Cottonwood Road, a dirt road that considerably reduces travel time between Page and Cannonville. The narrows are located in the upper part, are several miles long and up to several meters wide. We accessed the narrows from the middle, when the road crosses a small valley with very colorful rocks. Other option is to start the hike from the bottom, at the point when the road leaves Cottonwood Wash valley. At this point is also a BLM register box, so, this is probably the official trailhead. The walk through the narrows is quite non-demanding.
