Name:Bullards Bar Reservoir trails
Description:Bullards Bar is a relatively large reservoir on North Yuba River. On the south shore are several trails, that can be combined into a decent loop. I followed instructions from www... , starting at Vista Point, riding up on 8 Ball Trail. I missed turnoff to Rebel Ridge trail, because the singletrack still goes out of the road at that point. It was a bit of a challenge to find the Bullards Bar trailhead off Old Camptonville road, but, common sense this time was successful. The singletrack following the lake is quite good, and long (over 10 miles, with several short dirt road parts). I hopped up on 7 Balls Trail and down Rebel Ridge, and recommend this option. Almost all ride was in the shade, which turned out to be a good thing because it was a warm spring day. The GPS did not fare very well because of this, though.
