| Description: | A hike to test Shelly's new boots. Started at the middle of Big Cottonwood and headed north up Butler Fork, towards Mt. Raymond, At the intersection at the start of Mill A basin we turned right on a trail that leads towards Dog Lake. This trail meanders on the slopes of Gobblers Knob and is not that much traveled, since the bushes were growing into the trail. Above Dog Lake, we headed down on the creek side back to the trailhead. | |
