Description:	On Tuesday the plan was to visit my brother in Boritov in the evening so I set out a bit earlier and went to Rajec and then north to Lhota Rapotina and then up the hill to Obora and down to Boritov. On the way I found out that the road between Boritov and Rajec is being redone, there was a lot of construction there. I also noticed a sizeable photovoltaic panels near Lhota Rapotina - the largest I have seen so far, though, my brother later explained that it's a big business now since the power company has to buy this power at higher rates than normal power. This idea is good though I am still not convinced of the use of PV solar in the Czech mostly cloudy climate. One probably burns up more CO2 while making the panels than what they offset with the power production here. We need more of this stuff in the sunny SouthWest.
