| Description: | Day 1 of our mid January retreat to Kamas, escaping the smog filled SLC valley. We thought on snowshoeing Shingle Creek Trail, but, found it fairly well compacted so we ended up hiking it instead. First we followed a wrong track and ended up on the left side of the creek, then we went back on another track and finally found a bridge over the creek on which the correct trail goes, we followed that till we started to sink in the snow and then went back. | |
