Meteorology 3510- Atmospheric Observations and Analysis II

Overview:

This introductory course lays the foundation for many of the courses to follow in the upper division program. First, applications of atmospheric thermodynamics are investigated using Skew-T soundings. Second, basic kinematics and dynamics are developed with lab assignments that emphasize applications of the fundamental principles to Utah weather.

You are expected to submit assignments via email and grammar and spelling of assignments will be critiqued. The deficiencies of the average student's writing skills are noted frequently by prospective employers.
