Mean error and root mean square error (RMSE) is calculated from the
HRRR domain for all hours of the day and forcasts relative to the
model analysis hour. Error is calculated as follows:
Error = fxx-analysis
The mean is calculated using the same hour for the period of dates
labeled in the figure title.
