Please advise Mike Colbey that he nailed the spot forecast yesterday.
For todays spot we will need again the mixing height and Transport
Wind on hourly basis started @ 9 am today  through 10 am Thursday
projections.

The burn did not go yesterday as we tried.  There was for all
practical purposes no wind to drive the fire and the overcast skies
due to the stratus clouds persisted all day. The questions are will
we have broken cumulus clouds today allowing sun to heat the fuels
will we have winds today
