Strong surface high pressure will build into western Quebec on
Sunday. Cool and dry air will extend far to the south of this high
into upstate New York. Meanwhile...moisture over the southeastern
United States will lift up the mid Atlantic coast and may affect
central and southern Pennsylvania with some light rain or wet snow.
Model solutions continue to disagree significantly on the track of
this moisture...and at this time Sundays forecast remains extremely
uncertain. The most likely solution is for broken to overcast
conditions with scattered light rain and snow showers. We should have
a better idea on Sundays forecast by late Saturday morning or
Saturday afternoon.
