I am trying to determine If we can conduct a burn on Sunday April
5th.  My 20 windspeed can not exceed 12mphs and Rh 25 or greater is
needed.  Part of the burn area falls in Forest County and Part falls
in Elk county.  We are trying to get a portable weather station up
and running at buzzard swamp but we are having trouble accessing the
information.  I have also submitted the same information to the
