On Monday at 1445 hours our RH dropped to 17.  We had mostly cloudy
skies for the day but the skies partially cleared for a 1/2 and the
RH plummeted.  We still have a cut off of 25.  We are planning to
start burning at 1500 hrs or later as we come back into prescription.
 I will be in at 9:00 tomorrow morning if there are questions.  I
will be requesting the same form State College as this site is on the
Elk/Forest county line.
