Information requested in support of Full Scale Exercise Urgent
Response 2009.  This will be a radiation dispersal exercise and
ground monitoring will take place to determine the type of scource,
strength of the source, and the downwind danger associated with an
airborne radiation plume.  Information gathered shall be used to help
determine the immediate downwind danger area for emergency evacuation
purposes.
