wind environment that is forecast early in the day, please discuss
significant variations in surface and transport winds 5mph in general
wind direction over the burn site in as much detail as possible the
morning and early afternoon given the ample heating that is expected
and the close proximity to the Indian River Lagoon and Atlantic Ocean
influences. Also, please discuss the potential for any northeasterly
