I only recieved wind observations from the fire location last evening. For temperature/ humidity/ Clouds please refer to the Spotted Bear Quick Deploy located at the Big Prairie Work Center TR283. The wind observations are from the an individual on the ground at the fire location in the Gordon Creek drainage. At 1230 winds were 2-5 upslope upcanyon. At 1345 winds switched to 10-20 at the tree tops fire activity increased. Winds stayed fairly consistant untill 1830 although occasionally smoke from the column was seen to be influnced by a easterly or upcanyon wind, these esterly winds were not seen on the fire level. At 1830 winds died down. Of particular concern are the wind speed and direction for today and tomarrow in advance of the moisture that appears to be on the way Saturday night into Sunday. Thanks - and sorry I dont have better obs for you. Jim ...WEATHER PARAMETERS REQUESTED...
