1.5B in space hardware located in clean rooms SW of the burn area,
very sensitive to smoke.  This project is a smoke study and has
scientists from around the world on site with air and ground sensors.
 Need good estimates on inversions, breakups, winds, winds changes.
This is for 5 Nov, Thursday.  Will need this in 30 minutes or so and
