next day. We need to see how the fuels will be reacting thru this
period. Please do this on a hourly basis  then place the Mixing
height  Transport wind on a three hourly basis over the same period
since these parametere are placed in your grids in this manner.  This
information is needed for the VSMOKE Dispersion modelwhich we are
using as part of our decision process.
