until after 0900 on 2/16. Most of the burn site is long unburned est.
40 yrs w/o fire in  chopped sand pine scrub. Please discuss any more
northerly variation in the general W/NW 20 and transport winds that
are in the regional forecast. Also of concern will be 20 wind gusts
in excess of 18 mph during the burn and a night time LVORI of 8 or
