Please have ready by 0630 using nightime observations from the
shuttle landing facility.This unit is directly adjacent to the
mosquito lagoon east and less than 1 mile from the Indian river west.
The unit has numerous canals crossing the unit. 1500 weather
observations for today are attached.forecast RH for today was 38 and
actual RH was 44. Prescription parameters are a minimum RH 0f 35 and
20 foot wind speeds of 20 mph. RHs in this area typicaly trend 5 to 7
higher than forecast for titusville due to thr porximity of 2 large
bodies of water.Please include discussion of possible wind shifts
from the east nd overnight LVORI fo 3-4-2010
