Please have ready by 0630 on 3/19/2010. this unit is bordered on the
east by the mosquito lagoon. The western boundary is aprox 1/2 mile
from SR3. Prescription parameters call for a minimum RH 0f 35
minimum wind speed of 7 and a dispersion index of 30. Please discuss
any variations in these factors that may cause difficulties. please
include an hourly breakout of weather conditions from ignition time
to 1800 hrs. Also please include discussion of potential for wind
shifts from the south , or east. Please include discussion of LVORI
for the overnight hours on 3/19/2010 and early a.m for 3/20/2010
