weather forecast.  Crane RAWS should be used for actual onsite
weather obs.  NPS3 is a portable unit that can be used to compare
with Crane RAWS - winds are not reliable on this station.  Of
particular concern over the next 3 days will be winds timing and
duration and whether or not we can expect another dry air mass over
the burn site that will bottom out RHs unpredicted drop in RH/Dew pt
