STRONG SOUTH SOUTHWEST WINDS ALOFT HAS BROUGHT VERY DRY AIR INTO EXTREME WESTERN UTAH BUT MOISTURE HAS ALSO BEEN BROUGHT NORTHWARD INTO SOUTH CENTRAL UTAH AS WELL. THE BATTLE GROUND OF THESE TWO AIR MASSES IS JUST TO YOUR EAST AND THE DRY AIR IS EXPECTED TO WIN. THEREFORE ANY CONVECTION THAT TRIES TO DEVELOP SHOULD REMAIN MAINLY OVER THE MOUNTAINS TO YOUR EAST.
