This is a USFWS Prescribed Burn.

Winds are currently gusting to 23 mph @ 304. I need the spot to
follow the PFW format but for every 2 hrs with regards to the
information requested. I also need the Mixing Ht  Transport Wind to
follow the same format.

I am also seeing that the GFS model places wind speeds at surface
possibly reaching 30 mph or their gusts. Please review this
carefully. This will shut down the burn. Also, the wind direction
needs to SSW or most preferred SW. These are currently the only
acceptable direction. It appears that after the rain event on Tuesday
that either Thursday or Friday appear to more optimum days as far as
direction  speed.

If the 30 mph wind speeds or gust are going to materialize will we
meet Red Flag conditions If so will there be a weather watch today or
if not, will you be placing a Fire Danger statement out for tomorrow
