1. What is the fog potential for
tonight and tomorrow morning What time is fog most likely to occur
NOTE fog was reported at KPQL overnight.

2. Smoke Dispersion: What are the
chances of wind going calm
tonight or tomorrow morning  If so, what will be the primary factors
determing smoke movement for example, down drainage flow, laminar
flow, pressure gradients

3. Both burn units are near
Interstate 10 and
Gautier-Vancleave Road. Allowable wind directions are South and
Southeast.  We need to know
if wind will be from any other direction at any time today, tonight,
or tomorrow morning.

4. What are the chances of a
seabreeze augmentation of
windspeeds today  Windspeeds
yesterday were only slightly above forecast for a couple of
hours...it doesnt appear seabreeze had a significant effect
yesterday.

5. According to 0317 Digital-Tabular forecast, there is a 45 degree
difference between transport wind direction and surface wind
direction at 1-2-3 pmplease explain why this is happening.
