Weather obs have taken from two different RAWS in the near vicinty of
the fire.  Previous SPOTS have been pretty accurate for temp and rh.
Wind has been off not only in speed at time but primarly in
direction.  Winds over the fire site have consitantly been WSW to W
with only one day document with an easterly flow about 3 weeks ago.
We use wind direction for planning purposes to determine the need to
staff the fire.  Any wind direction that has a northwest to southeast
component we send people to the fire because on increased potential.
