In process of preliminary planning for a prescribed burn for tomorrow
at 1000 hours.  Proposed area has extensive urban interface to the
east side of the proposed burn area. We need your input with respect
to the following questions:

1Tabular forecast indicates a SSW wind shifting to the S and then SSE
between 0800 hours and 1000 hours. Is there any criteria in the
forecast which would indicate this shift would not take place until
1200 hours
2Tabular indicates wind speeds and direction to remain steady thru
the night time hours Monday night with the approach of the next
weather system. Is there any chance wind speeds will not hold up
during the evening and early morning hours of Monday night/Tuesday
morning
3Zone forecast indicates possible light fog Monday night/Tuesday
morning.  Is there any possibility that fog could be denser than is
currently forecasted
4Tabular shows RH bottoming out at 30 at 1300hrs. What are the
chances the RH will dip below the forecast bottom of 30. 30 is the
cut-off for our proposed burn.
