to I-10 on the Southside. Prescription requires winds to be within a
direction of North, Northwest or Northeast. Anything out of this
prescription can have major impact to urban interface areas.

a possibility of the RH dropping below 28 on Thursday afternoon and
if so what would be the estimated duration of the RH below the
