Please review feedback from past few days Spot Forecasts: RH has been
consistently lower than forecast.

Please address the following in your discussion:

1. Please include a fog potential
statement for Wednesday
night/Thursday morning. NOTE: fog was observed at KPQL for most of
the early morning hours...mist/haze was observed at SHCM6 at 5am.

2. Wind direction is critical for this burn unit, as it is adjacent
to a heavily traveled road.  According to 0518 Digital Tabular
forecast, wind will become SSE at noon.  This represents a change
from yesterday afternoons Spot Forecast, which had the wind at SE all
afternoon.  Please take a close look at the wind direction and let us
know if and when it will go SSE or S, and for how long.  Also...we
noticed the Transport Wind is shifted even more to the south,
according to the Digital Tabular.  Please confirm this is correct.

3. RH this morning at KBIX is much lower than other nearby stations.
Will this have any impact on our RH today
