G-13-15S.  TS982 is a portable RAWS deployed on-site.

Our main concern for today is the proximity of CPT G-08 to the north
side of Interstate 10. Allowable wind directions are W-SW-S.  Please
let us know if there is any possibility that wind may be outside of
allowable at any time today, tonight, or tomorrow morning.

QUESTIONS:

1. Please include a Fog Potential Statement in your remarks.

2. Forecast Discussion issued 4:17am mentions the possibility of
severe weather, including hail.  What is the timeframe for this
weather affecting Jackson County, MS  What are the chances of hail
and/or lightning occurring at the burn site today

3. Point and Click Forecast issued at 4:17am for 30.42N 88.7W and for
30.44N 88.7W has wind speed dropping to near calm Saturday morning.
With wind this light we are concerned that down-drainage wind or a
land breeze may develop, and smoke from G-08 may drift back towards
I-10.  What are the chances of this happening  NOTE: wind did go
light and variable early this morning, and an unforecasted northerly
flow developed.  See Feedback for yesterdays Spot Forecast for CPT
G-13-15S.
