Verification of yesterday mornings PointAndClick Forecast for KPQL
showed some significant errors, mainly with wind direction.  Errors
ranged from 45-90 degrees throughout the entire day.  Wind was
northerly instead of easterly during the morning hours westerly
instead of SE during the afternoon.  Wind speed was lower than
forecast until seabreeze kicked in.  Cloud cover was significantly
less than forecast.

1. Please include a Fog Potential
Statement for Monday night/Tuesday
morning in your remarks. Fog was reported for only one hour this
morning at KPQL.

2. Our main concern today is wind direction.  This mornings
PointAndClick Forecast has wind shifting to SE AND Sduring the
afternoon, while the Transport Wind stays northerly.  Are you
expecting the seabreeze to overwhelm the northerly flow at the
surface today  A southerly wind will push smoke onto a heavily
traveled county road adjacent to the burn unit.

3. Wind became calm Sunday nightshould we expect this again Monday
night
