Trying to get a helicopter burn in some wet flatwoods before they get
standing water.  If the winds/dispersion/LVRI cooperate, I would do
the burn tomorrow or Wednesday.  However, from this mornings weather,
that isnt looking too perfect, but seems next week may have better
air movement.  2 questions--
-What is the likelihood of decent air movement the next 2 days
-what are the chances of getting more than 3 inches of rain before
next Tuesday
