settling across the Interstate creating traffic hazards.

sunrise. Is there a chance fog density and coverage will be greater
than patchy and is there a chance this fog could develop earlier in
the morning hours
2Activity Planner point-and-click for the area indicates winds going
very light to calm starting around 0400 hours and then having a
northerly component  ENE to NE at around 0600 hours.
Is there a chance the northerly component could start earlier and if
so, any best guess as to time

For long term planning purposes, when does it appear we will get at
