Same format as yesterdays.  Discussion followed by primary forecast
elements for Thursday day and Thursday night with the quick Friday
through Tuesday daily outlook.  Use Swauk RAWs for observations since
we have so many fires scattered all across the county.  Please note
that I changed the elevations both top and bottom to reflect the
actual elevation band of the fires and added East and West aspects.
Inversion was around until about 11:00 this morning and there is a
lot of smoke still in the fire areas enough to limit visibility.
