morning.  What time is fog most likely to occur

light beginning at 3am Friday morning.  What will be the main factor
determining smoke movement: down-drainage flow, gradient flow, or
some other factor

3. The Area Forecast Discussion mentions an upper level, sheared-out,
short wave trough sliding through the Gulf South tomorrow night.
Please include a remark on the effects this will have on our weather.
For example, will it affect fog potential, wind speed, or wind
