QUESTIONS:

1. Please include a Fog Potential Statement in your remarks, with
timeframes for most likely occurrences of fog.  This may be a 2-day
project, so the Statement should cover Thursday night/Friday morning
and, if possible, Friday night/Saturday morning also.

2. In addition to fog, our main concern remains the light winds
overnight.  Winds were lighter than forecasted Wednesday
night/Thursday morning.  However, the Previous Spot Forecast mentions
the possibility of a NE component from 3am-9am Friday morning.  This
would be a significant factor in maintaining visibility on
Gautier-Vancleave Road, immediately east of the burn site. Is the NE
component still a possibility  Or should we expect light and variable
winds

3. What will be the main factor determining smoke movement overnight:
down-drainage flow, gradient flow, or some other factor

4. Please explain why there is a 90 degree difference in Surface Wind
Direction and Transport Wind Direction beginning at 3am PointAndClick
Forecast.
