prepared for variable wind directions  Will smoke movement be
determined by gradient flow, down-drainage flow, or some other factor

3. Please take a look at the Feedback for yesterday mornings Spot
Forecast for CPT G-11NE-15N.  Local conditions did overcome the
large-scale general pattern, and there appeared to be a seabreeze
with a westerly component late afternoon.  According to this mornings
Area Forecast Discussion, we are expecting a weak large-scale general
pattern again todayshould we be prepared for local influences to
dominate once again  We need to know if there is any chance for a
due-south or SW wind, as that would put smoke onto Gautier-Vancleave
Road.
