This forecast is for planning.  I know it is 24 hours out but with
this being such a large burn, I will have to have a lot of personel
come from far off, which can be expensive if it is canceled.  Please
give me as much detail as possible.

Use the Toccoa RAWS for weather trending data.

Looking at the general fire weather, I am concerned how low the rh
will go and how high the wind gusts will be on site and would like to
know your confidence level.  Also I have concern with fridat forecast
showing 22 rh and looking at some other forecasts I am actually
seeing a slight disturbance moving thru thursday night and giving
slight chance of precip and higher rh values on friday in the mid to
upper 40s.
