This is several large wood debris piles at the location of an old
city dump that have ignited.  They are worried about escape and are
plowing a line about 5 acres around.  Concerned about rapid RH and
Wind changs and extreme fire conditions that would allow the fire to
escape.  Have a picture of the location that I can send to EWX.
