Update on the fire - The fire grew about 7000 acres in the past
couple of days enlarging the fire by 4 time its original size.  The
fire has calmed down considerable with the more stable air and a
little cooler conditions.  We are only seeing surface burning and
some single and multi tree torching compared to crown fire yesterday.
 Watching the obs the past few days the RH forecast seem to be spot
on however the temps seem to be running about 3 -5 degrees lower then
forecasted. The wind forecast seems to be accurate.  This morning the
smoke inversion broke between 12 and 1300.  For tomorrows forecast I
will need Sunday, Sunday Night and Monday forecasted along with the
next three days general forecast. Also could you address when you
expect to see the smoke to lift out of the valley tomorrow as that
will be a good indication when the fire will become active.  Again
thank you for your help.  Your forecasts have really helped in our
planning process the past four days.  Kim
