The fire grew approximately 200 acres more yesterday with some short range crown fire activity in the Monumental drainage just northwest of Thunder Mt.. Last night the fire had an inversion which put a lid on the area with heavy smoke in the valleys this morning. Looking at the current weather obs for today the temps and winds are spot on with your forecast from yesterday, however the RHs are still running a few percentages less then forecasted. I show it got as low as 14. The fire behavior this afternoon is showing some more short wave crown fire in Fall Creek just north of Thunder Mt. It seems that the east head of the fire is burning under conditions with more unstable conditions then maybe forecasted. It looks like a Haines 5 day as compared to a 3. Again I need to have a forecast covering Monday, Monday night, Tuesday and a three day general forecast through Friday. Thanks again for the help, Kim ...WEATHER PARAMETERS REQUESTED...
