"SAMS" is an international, interdiciplinary organization
for students whose interests and research lie in the same geographical
setting, the unique and wonderful alpine landscape.
The goal of SAMS is to create a common climate for students and faculty
to be able to unite and interact in both a casual and formal academic setting
where the exchange of ideas and knowledge can be enhanced.
SAMS is for any student, both graduate and undergraduate, who may have
a passion or research interest in either the physical or cultural aspects
